Hand-crafted vegan baking from two sisters. We mill flour locally, ferment for 48 hours, and decorate every wedding cake by hand.

What we do

Three things, done properly

We don't try to be everything. We make a few things, and we make them carefully.

i.

Wedding cakes

Two to five tiers, fully vegan, decorated by hand. Tastings every Tuesday — book in advance and we'll bake samples to your flavour preferences.

ii.

Daily sourdough

48-hour fermentation using stoneground flour from Foster's Mill in Cambridgeshire. We bake fresh every morning at 4am, sold from 8am.

iii.

Birthday & celebration

From individual cupcakes (£3.50) to full sheet cakes. Order 48 hours ahead. Gluten-free options available on request.

Our story

Two sisters, one oven

Anya bakes; Mira runs the front of house. We started in our grandmother's kitchen in 2019, baking for friends. Within a year, the queue out the door told us to find a real space.

Everything we make is fully plant-based — not because it's trendy, but because we believe the best ingredients don't need anything fancy to taste extraordinary.
